Sparkling water is a carbonated form of water that has carbon dioxide added to it, which makes it fizz. Regular water, on the other hand, is just water in its natural form.
While there are some differences between sparkling water and regular water, they are few. Sparkling water hydrates the body just as well as regular water. In fact, most health officials agree that drinking sparkling water is better than drinking no water at all.
A recent study found that women who drank sparkling water in place of regular water had lower percentages of heart disease than other women. This study was based on the fact that sparkling water has more minerals and sodium than regular water. However, it’s important to note that there is limited research on this topic.
In conclusion, both sparkling and regular water have their own benefits. Drinking plenty of either type of water can help keep your body hydrated and healthy. It’s important to choose the type of water that you enjoy drinking the most and that works best for your body.
