
With all the horrifying headlines we have been seeing in the news across the world, it seems hard not to become anxious. From rumors of wars, active shooter situations and riots, to food shortages, sickness, diseases, and train derailments with hazmat crews being called out. This is a lot of constant fear for the world to deal with. Unfortunately, this chaos seems to be increasing speed and anxiety is attacking the hearts of people in a hurry.
